1. What kind of products do you offer?
Bois & Boucane specializes in outdoor gear for cabin lovers, campers, and nature enthusiasts. Our collection includes insulated drinkware, camping accessories, outdoor blankets, and more — all designed to enhance your fireside moments and outdoor lifestyle.
2. Do you offer personalized items?
At this time, we do not offer product personalization. All items are pre-designed with our signature rustic aesthetic and carefully selected for quality and durability.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within Canada and the U.S. takes approximately 5–10 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Canada and the United States. We’re working on expanding to new regions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed!
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
6. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@boisetboucane.ca and we’ll be happy to assist.
7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please email a photo to info@boisetboucane.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund depending on the situation.
